Built in the late 1980's, Greentree Village was developed with families in mind. With horseshoe-shaped streets, cul-de-sacs, and Greenbelt access from virtually every street, this neighborhood is an ideal place for families.
The front of Greentree Village was developed first, with the back of Greentree filling out by the early 1990's.
